On December 5, 2015, join the Fraser Valley Academy of Dance at the Clarke Theatre, Mission, to experience the magic of The Nutcracker.  Professional dancers Patrick Willison and Courtney Dressner of Montgomery Ballet join Vancouver-based Justin Reist as the infamous King Rat and a cast of over 120 dancers in this fifth annual presentation of John C. Carney's choreography of The Nutcracker at the Clarke Theatre in Mission.

Enjoy the humour and delight of a Christmas party at the Stahlbaum's, then follow Clara in her dream as she witnesses the excitement of the battle between Rats and Soldiers, travels through the mystical Snow and across the serene Ocean to the Kingdom of Sweets. Meet the Sugar Plum Fairy and Nutcracker Prince and all of Clara's new friends who entertain the audience with dances of Chinese, Candy Cane, Russian, Arabian, Smarties, Spanish and Flowers.
